I have written 20 mails to customer care, no action taken yet. Vendor has stopped picking my phone. My complaint is
On getting feedback from my relatives and friends regarding the connection of Air tel Broadband.
I applied for connection online on your web page on May 15 2020, I got many calls from your dealers or agents , Last call I got from your member name called Navneet but i did not picked the call but he messaged me on my whats app , please refer the screen shot. He gave me 3 offers
1) Rs 300 Discount on payment of 3 months
2) Phone instrument with caller id
3) Bill discount after 6 months.
I opted for option 2 Phone instrument, He came to my house on May 16 2020, and he informed if you do the payment now( Rs 2880) your broadband will be activated till Noon, and your Phone instrument will be delivered on may 18 2020, I made the online payment on May 16 2020, My broadband was activated on the same day, but for the phone instrument He never updated me, I followed him on May 19 2020, he told me that your approval from air tel is done, he will personally visit the store and give the handset to me, After that day he stopped picking up my calls, he message me that set will be given to you after May 31 2020. He never picked my phone.
I am very sorry to say this connection I am age 86 yrs old, I am a retired army officer, I have fought 2 wars for our country. I never Expected this behavior from Air tel. Please update me on this.
