There Was some problem with my newly purchased 350 Meteor and i have informed the same in the first service and i informed the same in the second service i have lodged the complaint with customer care but there was no positive response from their side. Hence I decided to return their faulty product and mailed for the same but according to their service team they are ok if customer is taking the legal action on the same. its very difficult to deal with Royal Enfield team so I don’t want any further solution and i want to return their product to them.
