Around 2 months ago i tried to purchase a commercial vehicle policy, due to my previous policy was in private vahicle policy i tried to purchase same for this time also and paid a sum net day I got a mail regarding documents like RC copy privious policy copy which i provided on mail then they call me and told that due to new rules and regulations your vehicle comes in category of public carrier and to purchase public carrier policy you have to more money, i requested them to cancel the policy and refund me but it’s been more than 1.5 month i didn’t receive any update or refund upon call and mail them continuously they made fake promises kindly help me to get my refund
