Dear Sir/Madam,
I am filling this complaint against the Mytouchphone company. I, along with my four friends purchased four mobile phones (Miami z10 Ultra) from the website mytouchphone.online on 10.11.2020. we have not received the product which we have purchased online (miami z10 Ultra) . I made a complaint to the concerned customer care and she assured me that soon they will send us the products which we have purchased. On the next day they send us the defective products and not the same product which we have purchased (i.e. Miami z10 Ultra). The products they sent to us is not working. The touch of the phone is not functioning also the charger is not working. Also the product is not that product which we have purchased. I request your goodself please look into the matter and help us to to get rid of this distress.
