I was checking for an instant personal loan when the SmartRupiya app credited ₹5,760 into my account without my consent. Soon after, they began demanding that I repay ₹9,600 within six days, which amounts to an illegal and exploitative interest rate of nearly 50%. Their customer support is not responding, After reading the comments and reviews i got to know even after paying the amount they will keep calling and harassing people for more money. This is a fraudulent practice, and I request urgent action to protect me and other consumers from such unauthorized loan disbursals and harassment.
