Hi team,
I’d like to let you know that I raised a request of port on 3rd of June from the Airtel store of Pathankot’s Patel chawk, Pin code 145001.

They asked me to pay ₹280. But somehow I had only 270₹ cash in my pocket. So i asked them to let me pay via card. But she agreed to accept 270₹ from me.
My sim got active on evening 8th of june. I was continously calling them for my FRC but no body picked up my call. I am working in Delhi NCR and my family lives in Punjab. I live here aloan. So I hope you may know how it feels like to be without Internet connection and calling service even after paying the amount. So i decided to get my frc from the local shop. For that i have proof of my recharge aswell. Bcz i paid them via card.
The next day I asked the pathankot’s airtel store person to pay back my money. From that day to till now. She continously making me fool by saying that our man will pay back to you. And when I call to that man. He continously , daily ask me that he wil pay me today.
I want you to take strict action against your these kind of staff so that they learn how to treat their customers.
Please resolve my issue.
