I am active user of Jio Fibre with Fibre No: 1943568659, and due to snow fall in valley the system in my house has gone out of order since 21st of Feb -2022. The repeated complaints regarding the non availibilty of service has yielded no result. Since then the company is neither doing anything nor even listen to my complaint. My kids are facing a lot of trouble for want of internet. Their studies have badly been affected. I tried my level best for the restoration of the service but of no result. The services of my two neighbourers have been restored
