I got message from number mentioned in the image that Yash K Gupta had taken a loan from Handy loan and they are asking me to repay the loan which I don’t know the agency. Though he is my in my contact. I foun this is case of Cyber Fraud and I am not liable for any Payment.
It is my humble request to take strict action against the fradulant under section 43A IT Act 2000,Act of cheating IPC420.
