Hello sir/madam this if veerendra from bangalore , I use to borrow loan from crediit app since 1 year and i use to do the payments on time without any delay in the payment , and in the month of April 9th 2022, i have taken loan of Rs. 27,500 and amount disbursed was Rs. 26,675 they have charges Rs.825 as processing fees and daily interest of 165/ day and my repayment date was on 8th May 2022 due to some personal issue i was not able to do the payment and i have requested them to give a time or allow me to do the partial payments they didnt accept some how i have convenced them and i have made a payment Rs.10000 on 22th may 2022 because they started harassing me saying the they will move to other level of processiding saying that they will contact my contact list and send them my images saying that i am a fruad person i have not paid the loan continueosly calling me and again on 16th may 2022 i have made other 10000 rs because Mr. Aravind a collection againt has called me and said if i dont pay he will do ther other procedure like calling my contact number and informing that i have taken loan and i am fraud person something and he is speaking. He even says the RBI has given permission for such kind of activities he says and also he says that he has the order copy of it from RBI, how ever i said if you do like that i will commit s@uicide he say if you die also we know to collect the money from your family member, after paying 20000 also they are charging the daily interest for the full amount only. Till now they have charges interest for 40 days is 17,820 rs and also they are showing 25650 Rs of outstading afer making 20000rs of payment out of 27500. They are threatening to spoil my name is society and also to go any extend to collect the money from me .
I have reported this incident to RBI and Cyber crime but no use.
