Sir I would like to file a case against  the billy cash

Complaint  against the misbehaviour  of collection’s team,  I have took the loan and I paid in the due date.. But I could not able to pay in in time of 7th day.. Like I will commit  on 5.30pm I will pay it on 6.30pm or end of10 pm

But collection  agency  callingthe reference no and said I am fraud and using abounds words like mother Fucker , and more over already I send the mail to customer  service but no response,  request to banned the app
