Hi, when i got my credit report I found NDXP- anonyms personal loan is active but I have never been taken that personal loan and never been paid any amount for it. I have no knowledge of that loan amount.
I urge you to please look for this issue and resolve it asap, as it is affecting my cibil score card.
second thing is I have completely paid the loan amount which i have taken from ADITYA BIRLA F L but though they have not closed it yet and which is why it also impacting my cibit scrore. I tried to reach out to them many times but i did not get any reply from them.
I am attaching the proofs with this complaint. I hope will get the justice.
