Hi,
Myself ravi,i am using airtel services,this is about the disconnected my outgoing call,i have the balance also,i am not able to make a call,i asked this issue about the customer care,they repair the validity is over,i am asking why these rules are favored to mobile provide,nobody is there to listen the customer problems,why this is happening,we dont have the money to recharge every money so we able to manage with minimum balance to active my service.
1)These rules only for service providers and not for customer why?,what is this.
2) Even we recharge also the service is not good,they always disconnected the data(net),nobody is there to resolve our problems,why?
3)I am questioning the government itself,why disconnection happen even we maintain the minimum balance.
I send this to resolve,atleast you will be there to work for us,show the solution to this problem,give value to the customer.
