Sir my name is sudhir kumar singh and i am running in very problems from last two to three months and the reason of my problem is santosh gupta who is working on your post of zonal manager in mumbai. Actually I had taken airtel extreme fiber and two postpaid connections and after taking the connection we did not get any facility for 3 months your network was completely disconnected and when we talked to santosh gupta He told that all the connections are being removed from my society and everyone is being refunded, so we also said that your postpaid will be prepaid and fiber will be removed but we Paid by himself and Santosh Gupta assured that we will give you biof but now Santosh Gupta is neither picking up the call nor any message Above all my postpaid bill is increasing every month even though outgoing has stopped And we are not getting any help from airtel and Santosh Gupta traps everyone like this by taking money. And we have full hope and faith that all of you will support the truth and take action against the fiction like Santosh. Hail India
