Subject: Complaint Against Teen Patti Gold Rush – Withdrawal Delay & Failed Transactions

To: Consumer Complaints Court / Relevant Authority

I wish to lodge a formal complaint against Teen Patti Gold Rush for non-payment of my winnings and repeated withdrawal failures.

Details of the Complaint:

I made withdrawal requests on 8 August 2025 to 13 August for amounts of ₹2200, which have not been credited even after the promised 24-hour period.

Some transactions failed without explanation.

Despite being a VIP 4 user, my withdrawal options above ₹100 have been blocked, even though my account balance is ₹2200.

Customer support has failed to provide any resolution despite multiple follow-ups.

This constitutes unfair trade practice and possible fraud under Indian consumer protection laws, as the platform is withholding legitimate winnings and not delivering promised services.

I request the authorities to:

1. Direct Teen Patti Gold Rush to process my pending withdrawals immediately.

2. Investigate their withdrawal policy and VIP benefit misrepresentation.

3. Take appropriate legal action if found guilty of misleading users.
