Last weekeend (17/02/2019) a representative (Chandu and his contact number 7989106655) form TATASky and explained about the DTV seivces TAT is offering and I was impressed by his presentation and agreed to take TATASky services. For the same I also made advance payment through Paytm on the very same day.
TataSky technician visit my house on 21/02/2019 and installed the complete DTV setup and asked me rate 5 star than only my free channels will be enabled. I was surprised to here that but finally agreed to rateĀ 5 star as I didn’t had any bad experience with installation.
And till today my free channels are enabled yet I tried calling localTATASky office and they’re saying some problem with server. ANd the representative Chandu is not even caring to answer my phone.
I was speaking to my neighbours about y problem and they too had the same issue. now we all feel that we are cheated by CHandu, to achieve his target he promised most us everything will be good and it is not.
We feel that we are being cheated by TATAsky representative
Please take the necessary action and help the subscribers like me
