I,Pramila Mehta (ID 1170339228) here by want to complain against the tata Sky technician who visited our house for the problem we were facing regarding picture of our TV.
As he visited us we said him that we are facing picture problem in our TV so plz do check dish and go for dish movement but he said problem is with set up not with dish,so you need new set up box and we agreed to him and installed new set up box and 1000rs was charged for the same.
Then the next day even after installating new set up box we faced the same problem and we called tata sky for the same and they sent another technician and as he checked he said the problem is with dish …we need dish movement ,set up box change was never a problem and this same thing even we said earlier to the last technician but he denied and after dish movement tata sky charged 300 rs for the same and deducted the same from our account which is totally wrong
When the problem was with dish since the start why did technician change the set up box for which we spent our 1000 rs.the problem which could have been resolved in 300 rs why we have had to pay 1000+300 rs for the same
Its my request please install my old setup box back and give me my 1000rs back because this kind of thing is absolutely not fair
