My Self Rajkumar Jaiswal, Subscription ID: 1049015348, I am the regular consumer of Tata Sky last 5 year and more. Tata Sky offers me to recharge of Rs 3700, And you will get Annual Sports Dhamaka Pack for 1 year. I had recharged Rs 3700 Dated 9th September 2018 and my Tata Sky package will be ending 9 September 2019. But before 2-month Tata Sky change my pack without intimation. Then I call tata sky and ask the question why such happened, they told me that TRAI Changes the rate of packages. After then they are not in interest to receive my call.
Sir the issues are that I have already paid the entire amount in advance. So they how can do such a thing. I kindly request that please order to Tata sky company to solve my issue and for last 2-month inconvenience pay extra penalties.
