I am a customer of Tata Sky TV service provider. My Tata sky subscriber ID. is 1341072757 and registered phone number is 7692077372. I used sms feature to add a new channel of Sony BBC Earth channel number 725 priced at 4 rupees and instead the channel Sony BBC earth HD channel number 724 got activated priced at 10 rupees.
How can Tata Sky charge me 10 rupees over my plan when I didn’t choose for it. This must be happening in great numbers making people pay for something they didn’t asked for.
I want adequate compensation for the inconvenience caused and fraud.
