Text of Complaint by ASHISH SAXENA:

I Have purchase one tata sky settop box before a month he will charge deducte of rs 500 the box charge.

Now within two month i am facing again 2 time problem again my product change now today i again raise complaint in tatasky customer care that my primary settop box is not working she said i am raise ur complaint and our executive visit at your home and you bear a executive visit charge rs 150/-.

so i said why should i bear visit charge if your product was faulty. she said our product is not faulty if u raise complaint i will bear visit charge so i request you to please tell me why should i pay visit charge kindly help and resolve my problem.
