I recharged my Tata Sky DTH on 3rd January 2022 against my Tata Sky Subscriber ID 1120334741 of Rs. 460/- trough Tata Sky mobile app and the payment was made by debit card but the transaction was unsuccessful. And amount of Rs. 460/- was debited from my bank. I received a SMS i.e. “Dear Subscriber, your Tata Sky recharge TY2201031152599673 was unsuccessful. In case any amount got debited from your account, it will be refunded back to your account in 7 working days”. But till date no amount has been credited in my account. The details of that transaction is:
