Text of Complaint by Shivani:

Dear Sir,
I bought a Symphony touch brand cooler, Model No. Touch 35 , purchased on date 8-05-2023 from croma , with 1 year warranty along with 2 years extended warranty. I have to inform you that its cooling-power is hopelessly poor. Cooler is not cooling from day one onwards and requested services of your customer desk for the problem. No such response received from your desk for the problem. Thereafter we have raised the complaint, and service engineer visited on 13-05-2023. Service technician is provided cooling operating instructions. He claims that the best way to cool down, is to push the cooling button for 10 minutes and turn on the fan for even more cooling. For a cooler, the cooling procedure is absolutely absurd. The Croma salesperson does not describe the above-mentioned method. If the sales person disclosed such details at the time of purchase we would have never make a transaction. The product is not up to the standard that was specified by the sales person of Croma. Salesperson mispresented the product in order to sell it.
So according to me cooling of the product is very poor. Therefore I kindly request you to please provide me the another product or issue me refund.
