I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unresolved issues I have encountered with my vehicle after giving it for parts replacement at SV Autotech. Despite my repeated visits to the service center and my attempts to address the matter through communication with the service management team, the issues remain unresolved.
I had taken my vehicle to SV Autotech for a routine parts change, after which I began to experience multiple problems, including malfunctioning of the odometer, blinking issues, and battery problems. Since then, I have visited the service center 14 to 15 times in an attempt to have the issues resolved, but unfortunately, the problems persist.
I have been in contact with Sarvesh, the ASM (Area Service Manager) for Telangana, who has not been responsive and has failed to provide any concrete solutions. He has repeatedly advised me to visit the service center, which I have done, but the issues remain unresolved. The service center manager at Bright Automotive has confirmed that there are malfunctions in the odometer and battery, but no steps have been taken to fix these problems despite paying ₹20,000 for the repair work.
In addition to this, I have incurred further expenses for fuel while visiting the service center, amounting to over ₹5,000, with no resolution. Moreover, I was informed that used parts were attached to my vehicle, despite being told that the parts would be replaced, which I have proof of. I was also told by the service center that the clutch wire had been changed, but after a subsequent visit to Bright Automotive, I discovered that this part had not been replaced as promised.
Despite Sarvesh assuring me that he would send the CCTV footage of the service process, I have yet to receive any such footage or response from him. This situation has been ongoing for over a month, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution and the poor service I have received.
I kindly request the Consumer Court to intervene in this matter and take appropriate action to address the issues with my vehicle, including proper repairs and reimbursement for the unnecessary costs incurred due to the repeated visits to the service center. I also seek compensation for the inconvenience and mental distress caused by the delays and unprofessional service I have experienced.
I have attached all relevant documents, including receipts, communication logs, and proof of the used parts, for your reference.
I trust you will look into this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that I receive the appropriate resolution.
