I had enrolled on the coarse for StarAgile ,while joining the course they had said the amount is refundable ,my course is about to start in the Month of March 25th 2024 for which i had made the payment on Dec 27 2023 ,I decided not to join the course and have been continuously calling them from Jan 7th ,they are telling the coarse fee is non refundable.I was inducted to the course by one of their representative a lady who used to ask me to contact the customer care team of star agile.It took 2 weeks to connect to Staragile representative and finally when i got connected the person Mr Bleasent from the customer care team is saying amount is not refundable.My classes were supposed to start only on March 25th,I have already asked for refund and they are clearly saying it cant be refunded while me asking for payment refund even 2 months before the commencement of classes.I would require refund of the amount i paid for the course “Software testing automation course ” .They are clearly denying my right for refund and are making reasons not to refund my money.
