I raised complaint against Fraudulent transaction done on my account giving all details to bank and bank returns with reply it’s an authorised transaction and we are just mediator as my bank to stop Fraudulent transaction and inform me and block such transaction. If the customer is coming with the information of fraud being done not everyday a person goes to bank stating fraud happened.
