To the Honorable Consumer Complaint Court,
I am writing to file a complaint against Somemoney Loan App and their agent, who has been sending threatening and harassing messages to my contact information. The agent has been claiming that I owe money to the app and has resorted to unethical and illegal tactics to collect the debt.
Specifically, the agent has sent messages stating that I am deceased and that my family should come and collect my body, which is completely false and distressing. This behavior is not only unprofessional, but it is also a form of emotional distress and harassment.
I believe that this practice is a violation of my rights as a consumer and is against the principles of fair and ethical debt collection. I request that the court take immediate action to stop Somemoney Loan App and their agent from continuing this harassment and threatening behavior.
I would appreciate it if the court could also investigate this matter further and take appropriate action against the app and their agent for their unethical behavior.
