i place an order on 19th march 2020 and it was shipped on 20 march its been 3 months and the order is still not delivered i do understand we were in a lockdown but this was sugar testing strips and the government has permitted delivery of medical equipment, the item shows scanned in the same city as me since the 23rd of march but is still not delivered even though the government has taken away any restrictions on delivery of items i have followed up with customer care many times but have been getting the run around that they will deliver it in 48 hours, called the shipping company FedEx they redirect me to snapdeal there is not cancellation option also for this
