On 16 july I purchased a jib true wireless earbuds from skullcandy.in, these earbuds had some serious issues regarding the pairing capabilities with phone, I realized one week later that one of them as low volume compared to the other and few days after this it stopped working, I filed a complaint to the customer support team for the return and refund to which I was informed that there is no refund policy even though I was not informed of any such policy, they further informed that I have to get to their service center in Nehru place, so I went there on 27 august to get my earbuds replaced, I got the replaced earbuds on 15 days after this date, and on the 26 of September one of the replaced earbuds has now stopped working, Brandeyes provides the worst customer support and above all the replacement they provided has also stopped working now, so I need to get there to replace it all again.
