I have purchased a combo of three shirts from simply shorts store. Wrong product was delivered to me. Quality of delivered product was very very bad. I file my complaint through e-mails many times on e-mail simplyshirtstore@gmail.com given online by this company, but an auto generated e-mail replied me and no action is taken by this online shopping company. I want refund of Rs. 999 which I paid for above mentioned combo of shirts.
So please look into the matter and take appropriate action to return my order combo of shirts and refund my payment to me.
