Dear team,
I have purchased Honda Activa 6g dated 25of August 2021.
I have facing a starting problem from last 3 months…..this is big issue….if I drive 30 minutes continuously and off the engine…..then we unable to restart untill the engine will normal…it means u can start after an hour minimum.
How I manage this things if I have off the engine on red light ?
I have complaint ine service centre regarding the same issue in patparganj Delhi branch….but he only service the scooty not short out my issue but they told the your issue has been resolved.
After 2 days again I have facey the same issue….I again complaint there for same issue ade request for the send the scooty in company so that this issue will repeat again with me. Again the GM named Sonia has told me that you issue has been resolved.
I have told her that time that if you require more to to recheck the actual issue then you can home my scooty for 3 4 more days and sent it to company but she said that your issue has been 100% resolved..u will not face any kind of problem.
I have checkout but next day I have face the same issue again.
I want complaint against the service center and Honda company.
Also I want the replacement of the scooty not reparing.
Who will pay my extra convince ?

I want compansation and replacement both.

Your early response will be highly appreciated.
