I am writing to file a complaint against a seller who has failed to issue a proper GST invoice for a laptop I purchased, despite full payment.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the seller has not provided a valid GST invoice. This is a violation of Rule 48(1) and section 31 of the CGST Act 2017, which mandates the issuance of a proper tax invoice under Section 31 of the CGST Act, 2017.
