I have most my job and hence couldn’t pay for 2 months and my account was in collection, Anushka from collection team assured that if i pay 21000 my account will be active,i borrowed money from my friend and paid that and infact there is a available limit of 7105 but they are not allowing me to use it ,even after there is a available limit and when i called the contact centre an idiot named sabrinath is telling me to pay the full bill ,he is so dumb even after informing my situation he is not able to understand it and i told him to connect with his manager,he kept me on hold for 21 min and then disconnected the call , pathetic staff

File Consumer Complaint with Consumer forum Online. Latest RBI circular of April 2022 for credit card company states that the credit limit cannot be breached without customer’s consent. Take them to court, get an injunction on credit reporting to CIBIl and others. You can fight your own case. Don’t allow such unscrupulous company to get away with. Don’t go to Banking Ombudsman. They are good for nothing and a waste of taxpayer’s money.
