I am holding a sbi simply save credit card since Oct 2018 , i have never missed a single payment but due to job loss in the month of Jan i am unable to pay the feb and March month bill and i have informed sbi through mails and twitter but still i get atleast 5 calls a day from them, and infact everyday i get a message that my account has been passed to debt collection agency and they will declare my account as NPA if i don’t pay within 2 hrs , infact when i call their call centre and speak with them ,they just hang up the call ,they are harassing me every day mentally
