Unfortunately I have also downloaded one fraudient personal loan providing application naming Safety Rupee – Loan Market(SafetyLine Finance Private Limited)
I had filled my personal detail i.e. name, mobile no, aadhar and pan cards proof along with my Bank Account detail to check my eligibility. But they transferred the amount 1500.00 through their lending partner Oof Cash against loan amt. of Rs.2500.00 without my consent and knowledge.
After 6 days of this incident their recovery person called me to deposit the amount same time i have deposited the amount for Rs.2500.00 and mentioned the UTR number on App and also send the screen shot to the recovery person whatapp no. But my amount was not updated. Next day i have filled complaint against it to their Email ID [email protected] and
atached the screen shot of payment but no response has been received after it. Every day overdue amount gone increased. After Two days again i was mail on their mail ID but no response received. After 15 days their recovery person called me and tried to harassed me. She was started to harass my family members with using abusing language after refusal from my side to deposit the amount with overdues charges. To avoid the panic i have paid again 2800.00 and 2804.00 and request them to close my account. But they did not do till date. Again i have mailed on their registered mail ID. But no response received till today and overdue charges increasing on app day by day.
You are requested to take strict legal action against this fraud Company who is harass many people day by day and eating the money of innocent people.
