My Name is Y N K Jagan Mohan raju , i have taken loan in Rupeek gold Company , in 2020 in pendamic situation, and later in 2021 , i want to close my loan and i am calling the company persons and coustmer care several times , but they are not responding , the gold worth 10 24 000 thousand loan taken but the original worth is 667 grams 35 lakhs , I am ready to pay the actual amount with interest , the amount , I have taken is 10,24,000 . So pls kindly help me and do the needful.
