Sir/Mam,
My complaint is against the Ring app my grandfather died last month and due to this now I am in a financial crisis because I have a big family to feed my job gives me only 16000 rs/month and now I have lost that job too because of the relocation I am a 12 th pass boy who is not able to even pursue his graduation I asked ring app to please give me more time or reschedule my payment dates first they agree and now they have charged me the twice the amount of my loan amount and mam I am unemployed for over 1 month please suggest me How I am going to pay their due please help me in this matter.
