I am writing to express my disappointment with the Revolt RV400 bike that I recently purchased ( MAY 2022) . I have been experiencing problems with both the range and battery draining of the bike, which have not met my expectations as a customer.

The bike’s advertised range is [140 kilometers], however in real-world usage, I have found the range to be significantly less(80km) . This has caused inconvenience as I have been unable to complete my planned journey. Additionally, I have been experiencing battery draining problem, it is not able to hold the charge for more than [4 hours] which is also not matching with the specification.

I have tried to resolve these issues by consulting the ur representative’s in Mumbai service center but no one is taking responsibility for that they not giving right Answers they said put A Mail on company.
