Name of The Company – flexfabric Company Email Id – info@flexfabric.in Product Type- Shirt Order Number – FLX43957 Date of Purchase – 05/01/2025 Amount paid- 699/- Reg Mobile no- 7889719605 Complaint no – Problems Details -Consumer informed that he had ordered a product from flexfabric company and had paid the amount. The delivery date was 12/01/2025, and after that, he received the product. However, when the consumer checked the product, he found it to be the wrong and different product. The consumer then contacted the company and lodged a complaint, but the company did not provide any service. Expectation: consumer now wants a refund of his amount ASAP.
