Text of Complaint by Arpan Basu:

I received this defective product on the 3rd of July. As soon as I found out that the product was defective I immediately called customer care for a refund, unfortunately, they didn’t have any refund policy so I asked for a replacement instead. Still, no one came again post 3 days I again called customer care, and this time they told me that there is a refund policy so I told them to schedule a pickup day and refund my amount. Still, no one came for this time too then again on the 13th of July I called customer care again and again the same old story no one came despite being an amazon prime member and the last day i.e. on the 15th I called them. I was handed over the phone to the higher executive assuring me that this time my replacement would definitely happen within 3 to 4 days but this time also no one came.
