Our complaint is specific that Mr. Jyotin Mandal, resident of Babupara (Behind RamKrishna Ashram) has licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Babupara.
When we the residents of Babupara, Islampur, came to know about this fact, we immediately objected to the said installation and also requested the said Mr. Jyotin Mandal for termination of License Agreement and stoppage of installation of Mobile Tower. We informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which emanates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also showed him how near his residence is from the Ramkrishna Ashram and the school where children in the age group of 5-10 study.
In spite of this, the said Mr. Jyotin Mandal, flatly refused to stop the Tower installation and evasively replied to the residents of Babupara, Islampur.
As we all know that this is a general rule that the Mobile Tower has to be installed 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation emanating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on the human body and work as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building owners are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their buildings. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of the adverse effects.
We all know that as per the rules it is necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners’ agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents which have not been given and the neighbours have objection to this installation in their areas.
We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter personally and make sure that the above tower installation does not happen in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.
