Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Reliance Jio regarding their refusal to refund my security deposit for my Jio Fiber connection. My connection details are as follows:

I had subscribed to Jio Fiber services with customer ID : 1136589073 and sevice ID : 400121845024 by providng my Aadhar card as both identity and address proof during the application process. However, I am facing a significant issue regarding the name associated with my Jio Fiber account. The name recorded in Jio’s record does not match the name on my Aadhar card.
The incorrect name in Jio’s record has led to an impasse, as the Jio team is refusing to process the refund of my security deposit. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue by contacting the Jio call center and escalating the matter to the Jio Maharashtra & Goa Appellate, but regrettably, there has been no willingness on their part to rectify the name discrepancy or initiate the refund according to my bank account details.
I would like to highlight that this issue has been persisting since February 2022, and despite my continuous efforts, there has been no resolution. This has caused me significant inconvenience and financial distress.
I request the esteemed Consumer Court to intervene in this matter and help facilitate the following actions:
Rectify the name on my Jio Fiber account to match the name on my Aadhar card promptly.
Ensure that the refund of my security deposit is processed as per my bank account details, provided at the time of application.
Impose suitable penalties on Reliance Jio for their lack of cooperation and the distress caused to me as a consumer.
I will provide copies of my Aadhar card, passport and all correspondence with Reliance Jio if required, as it is not allowing to attach the same for your reference.
I hope the Consumer Court will consider my grievance seriously and take necessary action to resolve this issue at the earliest. I am willing to cooperate fully in the legal proceedings and provide any additional information or documents required.
