I wish to file a complaint against Reliance Jio regarding permanent disconnection of my postpaid mobile number [Number].
I was a customer for 3–4 years. Due to financial hardship, my dues were pending for about one year. I have now cleared all outstanding amounts.
However, when I approached customer care for reactivation, I was informed that my number has been permanently disconnected. I was never given any final notice or intimation before permanent disconnection.
The number is linked to Aadhaar, bank accounts, and government services. Its sudden disconnection had affected my career opportunities that i had and also my financial assets.
This amounts to deficiency in service and lack of proper notice.
I request intervention and restoration of my number or appropriate relief.
