Text of Complaint by ROSHAN BALIYIL:

Dear Sir

I had booked a ticket on 28 set 2022 (booking id-1988567) and I cancelled it on 30 Sep 2022. I received a mail from Rehalat stating that my refund will be within 20 working days; however, it has been more than 90 days since I contacted Rehalat. Every time I call customer service to ask for a refund, they always say that my refund will be issued within 48 hours, but they do not provide a proper TAT or refund schedule. Since I have a job and am unable to sit all day waiting for my refund, I respectfully ask you to assist me in getting my refund accompanied by compensation (for spending money to call every day and my time). As an attachment, I am attaching a screenshot of an e-mail regarding a refund that I received
