Hi,
I am writing this email to you because I would like to make an official complaint. My name is Harshit Khare and over the past two months, I have been trying to get my refund back of a cancelled booking. This is because I paid for the booking in advance but at the last moment due to very personal reasons I had to cancelled that booking and so I started to send a request of getting my money back.
It has been approx two months since then and I have sent multiple request of reminders. I have to say that if I don’t get my money back in back in next two weeks I will be taking this to consumer court with all the evidence .I hope that you will do this as am sure you don’t want the hassle any more than I do. I look forward to hearing back from you.
I’m unable to contact to zoomcar customer care after so many try, I will wait for sometime as said above then will raise a case to consumer complaint court against fraud.
