i have booked airtel black / wifi- dth for my home and paid pre-booking fee of rupees 2500 but when technician arrived he said we can not install due to some network issues so he cancelled the order and said refund will be done within 4 days of bank working so i waited till 4 days and asked everyone who were involved in the procedure but they didn’t respond properly till date its been 15 days i have not received any refund amount 2500 so where is my refund amount
