AoA I hope you will be fine.
Purpose of writing this email is to log complaint against the seller Realme Flagship store.
On 13th November 2020 at 23:37 Hrs. I placed an order of two commodoties including realme 7 pro worth 52000 PKR and buds air pro worth 12000 Pkr on daraz realme flagship store Lahore Pakistan and paid via credit card. Dated 21st November 2020 I received my parcel and when unwrapped it found missing product of 12000 Pkr. Upon complaining about missing product many times Daraz and mentioned store keep on telling me that your complain will be processed very shortly and we will rectify the problem you faced either in the form of return amount or replacement. For the whole month they keep on giving me false hopes and promises that we will deliver or we will do something in your favor. But today dated 19th December they refused to me that you are not accommodated with your missing product as it has already been delivered to you without any evidence where as I to be honest and by God I didn’t received anything. I request you to do something in my favour as I am honest and not telling lies. Further do have some check and balance against Realme flagship store for this fraud and scam. In hopelessness I am writing this letter to you. If you have any queries feel free to call me at following number.
