Greetings of the day!
I want to bring my case to your attention. At the time of Corona I took a loan of Rs. 22500/- (on 22/07/2022) from a mobile based app. Datson Exports Ltd. runs that app. I could not make payment on time. After few months , means in around 3-4 months they started to ask me to pay Rs. 251887/-, which was unexpected and unfair so I tried to get in touch with the company but company was not interested to talk to me, but they were more interested in threatening me for money.
I tried to get in touch with cyber crime, RBI, Finance ministry but in vain. Later even the company stopped calling me.
Now, when I applied for loan, it got rejected due to my CIBIL report
1. My cibil report says that I took a personal loan from DATSON EXPORTS LTD, who gave me this loan
Date:- 01/03/2022
Amount- Rs. 22500/-
Rate of Interest- 0.50
Actual Payment Amount- Rs. 26438/-
Amount Overdue – Rs. 270000
Status- Willful default
I emailed my issue to CIBIL. CIBIL says , they do not use their mind , they just copy and paste the data they receive from NBFC/Lender.
RBI has a very long process of complaint, and has no control over rate of interest.
So after doing many exercises I decided to write to you.
I believe this time I am at the right place, and my voice will be heard.
