I book one courier service and pay money through online payment using Google pay and it was successful but the caption collect money by telling my payment was failure and rapido shows that if any money deduct it will be refunded back to your account,but today they refunded my back into rapido account and not my bank account.I requested them to kindly give back my money to account but they insisted me to use my money in their app against my wish..
Why should I use my money on other platforms against my wish..
