Details of the Complaint:
1. Booking and Commitment: I had approached Ramakrishna Logistics to transport my personal vehicle from Gurgaon to Kolkata. During the initial conversation, Ms. Shivangi Rathore, a representative from the company, confirmed that the total charges would be ₹10,000 + GST, and there would be no additional charges beyond that.
2. Overcharging: However, after the car was shipped, I was coerced into paying ₹23,600, which was more than double the initially agreed amount. The company arbitrarily added unjustified and unclear charges (labelled as “XYZ expenses”) without prior notice or consent. This was a clear case of misrepresentation and breach of trust.
3. Lack of Transparency & Harassment: Despite multiple follow-ups, I was not provided with proper tracking or the actual location of my car during the transit period. This lack of transparency caused tremendous mental stress and anxiety. The entire experience feels like a well-planned trap to extort money, and I believe I was deliberately misled.
4. Financial and Mental Impact: I feel scammed and financially exploited for no fault of mine. The extra amount was charged under pressure when I had no control over the situation.

Prayer / Relief Sought:
I humbly request the Hon’ble Forum to:
1. Investigate the matter and take strict action against Ramakrishna Logistics for misleading practices.
2. Direct the company to refund the excess amount of ₹13,600 charged unjustly.
3. Award compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
4. Impose penalties/fines as deemed fit to prevent such occurrences in the future.
