I had booked a bus ticket with Ram Dala Holidays for travel on 14/08/2025 from Gurugram (Gurgaon) to Ujjain.
I reached the boarding point (Iffco Chowk, HP Petrol Pump) on time and was continuously in touch with the driver over the phone. However, the bus did not stop at the designated pickup point and directly passed over the flyover without halting, thereby denying me boarding.
This is a clear case of negligence by the operator. Due to this incident, I could not travel, and my ticket amount went to waste, causing me great inconvenience, financial loss, and mental harassment.
I have been following up with the operator’s team for the last 7 days regarding my refund, but no one has addressed my concern or provided any resolution. This shows the careless attitude and poor customer service of Ram Dala Holidays.

This matter falls under “Deficiency in Service” and “Unfair Trade Practice” as defined in the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I therefore request the Hon’ble Forum to take necessary action against Ram Dala Holidays and direct them to refund my ticket amount along with suitable compensation.
