Dear Sir,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against poshure.com regarding the sale of counterfeit or fake products. On 13 feb 2024, I purchased the Electricity Saving Device Electricity Saver , expecting genuine and high-quality items.However, upon using the product, it became evident that they were counterfeit and did not meet the standards advertised by poshure.com. The quality was subpar, and the performance was significantly below expectations.i am sending several emails to poshure.com but no reply from his side I am deeply concerned about the unethical business practices of poshure.com, which not only deceive consumers but also pose potential risks to their safety and health . As a responsible consumer, I demand justice and accountability from the authorities to address this matter promptly.I request the Consumer Court to investigate this issue thoroughly and take appropriate action against poshure.com for their fraudulent activities. Furthermore, I seek compensation for the financial losses incurred due to the purchase of these fake products.I am enclosing copies of relevant documents such as receipts, product descriptions, of poshure.com for your reference and investigation.I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the Consumer Court will ensure justice is served.Thank you for your prompt action.
